  • We carry out our deployment projects in cooperation with our clients. Large deployment projects are overseen by our experienced project manager to ensure the project stays on schedule.

    Our skilled professionals provide the software installation and required testing services as well as the essential end-user training.

    Our payment solutions are available also as SaaS. We also supply all the hardware required for our solutions.

  • Our Helpdesk serves in all your in-service support needs via phone, email or remote service connection. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

    In addition to our Helpdesk services, we provide comprehensive Ceepos user training both remotely and on site – feel free to choose the training method best suited to your circumstances.

In larger organizations when the complexity of the Ceepos environment and the volume of transactions keep growing, the demands of maintaining and developing the environment to answer the constantly changing needs may start to require more resources than the customer has to spare.

    For those challenges we provide our own service manager who can take the responsibility of monitoring the environment and suggesting improvements according to her observations.

    Our service manager has gained vast experience in our customer support team and she knows the individual characteristics of each customer environment.

    The service manager service can be tailored according to each customer’s wishes. It can be made to contain only regular monitoring or both monitoring and development measures.
